Every ride is matched to the passenger's mobility level. Tell us what is needed when you request transport.

  • Ambulatory

    Walks independently; no mobility aid

  • Wheelchair

    Manual wheelchair, up to 250 lb

  • Bariatric wheelchair

    Wider reinforced wheelchair, up to 500 lb

  • Stretcher

    Must stay lying down, up to 250 lb

  • Bariatric stretcher

    Wider stretcher, up to 500 lb

Add-ons

Patient-operated low-flow oxygen (1–6 LPM), an additional helper or passenger, and admission or discharge assistance can be added to any ride. Our drivers secure oxygen tanks but cannot monitor or manage respiratory settings.

What we cannot transport

  • Powered wheelchairs and motorized scooters
  • Combined rider and belongings weight over 500 lb
  • Oxygen at 7 LPM or higher, which requires ambulance-level transport
